Powering Alameda County is an electrical industry labor-management partnership (LMCC) devoted and dedicated to energizing Alameda County’s future using the most innovative technologies, building and constructing safe, resilient cities, and creating sustainable careers where people can live, work, and thrive in their communities.  Our mission is to foster a collaborative partnership between the Northern California Chapter of the National Electrical Contractors Association (NorCal NECA) Contractors and the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers Local Union 595 (IBEW Local 595) Electricians in the electrical contracting industry.  We are committed to promoting a safe, efficient, and innovative workforce while advancing industry standards, enhancing skills development, and ensuring fair employment practices. By working together, we strive to deliver high-quality electrical solutions that meet the evolving needs of our communities, support sustainable growth, and uphold the integrity of our profession.
